Being involved in the earliest stages of your project will ensure that your audiovisual system is optimally designed with the latest equipment and installed on time and on budget!

Our process includes:

Needs Analysis and Budget Requirement: Our goal is to determine your expectations based on the your needs, desires, application and budget. This may be accomplished in several ways depending on the project and the designated timeline. One or more of our sales professionals will schedule a time to meet with you and the key players of the project to review blueprints and/or physically “walkthrough” your facility. Based on the information gathered at this meeting, a basic design is implemented and a Proposal is prepared.

Proposal: The Proposal based on the scope of the project, timeline and budgetary requirements is presented.

Design: When the Proposal is approved, a more detailed design is completed based on lighting, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, interior elements, etc.

Staging: After the planning and design are completed, the equipment is ordered to specification and staged at our location.

Installation: Once the equipment has arrived, installation is scheduled. Note the equipment is pre-tested and if rack equipment is required, it is usually pre-assembled in-house. Our qualified technicians are trained and certified to professionally install your equipment quickly and efficiently and remove all their boxes, tools and trash upon completion.

Crestron Programming: A large part of any successful integration project is the ability to control your system with ease. Our “Crestron Authorized Programmers” have completed intensive training and have a high level of expertise and familiarity with the Crestron product line. This level of expertise will insure that your system works as designed - every time. Also, because we designed the project, our authorized programmers can begin programming your control system well before it is installed. So your can control your system usually within minutes of installation!

User Training, Service & Support: After your audiovisual system is installed, we encourage all the necessary users to attend a training session to learn how the system operates. In addition, we are a phone call away if you have questions or concerns about your system. Service agreements and maintenance agreements are also available to protect your investment.
